You can add as many users as you like to digitalsignage.NET.
These users can be given full admin access to all areas or restricted via a number of user setting options. These are outlined below
Add a User
1. Click on the Admin button
2. Click on the User tab at the top of the page. The click the on the right hand side of the page. You will now see the "Add User" box
3. Fill in the boxes with your first and last name, chosen user name, email address, Gmail address (to make use of "Sign in with Google" and Google Drive). telephone number and password. You can also upload a picture to use as your Avatar.
4. The remaining options are explained below
a. Active- make the named user Active or inactive. This may be useful if you are setting the user up in advance or if a user has left the company and you want to revoke access
b. Do not re-encode video- By default this option is ticked. All video that is uploaded will not be passed to our re-ecoding service and will be added to the account in the videos raw state. This option will not produce a picture thumbnail shown in the media store. Should you want to have your videos re-encoded then please untick this box.
c. Select Role- User options include Admin and User. Admin users have full access to all areas of your account including making changes to other users and system settings.
Users have a number of options that can be set by Admin, this are as follows:
Playlist- allow user to access and edit a Playlist
Channel- allow user to access and edit a Channel

d. Reports- allow or hide user access to the Report section
e. Designer- allow or hide user access to the Designer section
f. Show Download tab- allow or hide user access to the Downloads tab.
