If you have added new media to your Playlist and it is not playing on screen, then check the following steps below to rectify this
1. Did you "Publish" your changes when you added your media to your Playlist?
Go back to the Playlist and check that your new media is shown in the Playlist. If it is not visible you may have forgotten to Publish it after adding it. Exiting the Playlist section without pressing the "Publish button" and ignoring the pop-up message, would tell the system to ignore your last change.
Add the media back to the Playlist and don't forget to press the "Publish" button.
2. If your media is still not displaying on screen, then it is possible that your media player or screen is offline and does not have a connection to the internet. To check this go to the "Network" section and choose the "Network Health" tab.
